What we collect

When you use our contact or newsletter forms we collect the details you choose to give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company and message.

When you scan the QR code on an APEX order card, we record anonymous visit statistics (time, phone type and approximate city) to see how the card is used. We do not record your name, contact details or IP address.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information (such as browser type and pages visited) to keep the site secure and working well. We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry and — if you subscribed — to send occasional emails about APEX products. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run this website and email (for example hosting and email delivery), under appropriate confidentiality terms, or where required by law.

When you follow a link to a retailer such as Talabat, Noon, Careem or Amazon, their own privacy policy applies.

Storage and retention

We keep enquiries for as long as needed to respond and for our legitimate business records, and then delete them. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe.
